Asce Club Card


  • Ascer Rewards Programme (“Asce Club”) is a voluntary Loyalty and Reward programme offered by Ascer Pte Ltd. for their Members to earn points when they work and to redeem their Rewards Points.
  • Only one (1) Member is allowed to possess one (1) card registered under their name.
  • The Asce Club card is personal and can only be used by the Member in which the card was issued to.
  • Points earned are personal to account holder and are not transferrable.
  • Asce Club members must read and acknowledge the Terms and Conditions to be a Member.


Ascer Reward Points & Tier Points


  • Rewards Points refer to redeemable points that Members can exchange for rewards.
  • Tier Points refer to accumulated points within each Tier in order to upgrade Tier.
  • Rewards Points are awarded to Members for hours they worked, as well as for referral and exemplary services as defined by Ascer Pte Ltd.
  • Members will be awarded one (1) Reward Point for every one (1) hour that they work which may be subject to change from time to time without prior notice.
  • Rewards Points expire within 24 months from the time the first point is earned.
  • Tier Points has a lifetime expiry and will not be subjected to expiry.
  • Rewards Points and Tier Points are not exchangeable for cash unless explicitly specified.
  • Ascer Pte Ltd does not warrant that the Ascer Rewards (Asce Club) and Points system is uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from any defects or error.
  • Only in the event of misconduct or default solely on Ascer Pte Ltd’s part, there will be no refund of Reward Points or Tier Points once redemption transaction has been completed.


Rewards Redemption


  • During rewards redemption, Asce Club card/E-card AND Valid ID must be produced.
  • Ascer Pte Ltd is authorised to reject any rewards redemption with valid reasons as determined by the Company.


Suspension & Termination


  • In the event if a Member engages in fraudulent activity, Member’s account may be revoked and points forfeited.


Replacement of Lost Cards


  • In the event that Asce Club card is lost and Member wishes to replace the lost card, a replacement fee is required.


Personal Data


  • By being a Member of Asce Club, Members acknowledge, agree and consent to the processing of their personal information as stated in www.ascerhr.com/privacy-policy.html.
  • Members acknowledge, agree and consent to receiving advertising and marketing information and collaterals from Ascer Pte Ltd, its affiliates and partners.




  • Ascer Ptd Ltd reserves the right to final decision in the event of a dispute.
  • Ascer Pte Ltd may update our Terms and Conditions, Point System, Rewards and Loyalty programme, and Membership from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
  • Ascer Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend its Terms and Conditions, Point System, Rewards and Loyalty programme, and Membership without prior notice.
  • You are advised to review the Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes. Changes to this Terms and Conditions are effective when they are posted on this page.
